The way we work is simple. Since our incorporation in 2008, we have encouraged a team-based, flat organizational structure and this remains our core driving principal. We don't have a traditional hierarchical structure, long chains of commands, line managers, predetermined lines of communications. We prefer not to have large paper trials and sign off procedures.

Instead we communicate directly with each other, develop and actively encourage multi-disciplined teams and projects. We aim to maintain a research led, informal approach to innovation and design. To achieve this we encourage all team members to make decisions and contribute positively to the company, its products and the overall advancement of the core business objectives.

You should be highly proficient at software design and development. We desire skills in PHP, Java, Javascript, MySQL and all things social web related and standards based. You must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of past/present and future work. Enjoying mountain biking is a bonus.
